As an unusually heavy monsoon threatens to flood the eastern part of Singapore, two fractured families are forced to stay indoors and confront their broken relationships.  A young couple on the brink of divorce discover the only reason for them to stay together. Next door, a young boy brings his estranged parents together with his love for tadpoles. But their efforts seem futile in the face of the relentless rain outside.
